Age rules we do not bend
Trainees under 16 do not operate mowers, weedeaters, edgers, or any powered cutting equipment. Under 14 is library and observation only, with a parent or guardian present on site.
Under 14
Learning library and watching from a safe spot, with a parent or guardian on site. No tools that cut or spin.
14 and 15
Hand tools only: rake, shovel, bag, water, bed prep, plant care, classroom.
16 and 17
May add mowers and string trimmers after the safety badge and a signed parent consent packet.
18 and older
All four tracks, start to finish.
Every trainee under 18 needs a signed parent or guardian packet before their first field lab. Consent does not unlock equipment a minor is not allowed to run.
