- • Small trim or shaping (a few branches near the walk)
- • Drag a fallen limb to the curb
- • Quick patio spray with product already on the truck
- • Send a photo of the water heater / mailbox / anything you need eyes on
- • Pool assist (skim / vacuum) — always free on Guardian service days
Bigger asks that go beyond the fair-use ceiling — you'll see them on that week's invoice at a member rate.
- • Hedge or bush trimming beyond ~15 min → member rate, added to that week's invoice
- • 10% off any à la carte add-on service just for being a Guardian member
- • Pool skim / vacuum on a standalone visit (not a service day)
- • Materials at cost + a small handling fee
These need their own scope and price — Guardian gets you member pricing and priority scheduling on all of them.
- • Anything requiring a return trip on a non-service day
- • Anything over ~30 min of extra labor
- • Anything that needs a second crew member's time
- • Ladder work above 8 ft, pesticide applications, or other liability-heavy tasks
- • New installs, hauling, or projects with real materials
A weekly Guardian plan puts us on your property roughly four times a month. We're already there with the truck loaded — small extras cost us minutes, not a service call. That's the whole idea of the umbrella: paid time on-site that flexes to whatever your property needs that week.
Guardian fair-use terms are set by Carolina Core Lawns and may be adjusted with notice. We reserve judgment on what counts as a small extra — the intent is peace of mind, not a blank check.
