Groundskeeper

A cut lawn still needs the beds done

Groundskeeper is the finishing work mowing doesn't cover: beds pulled back into shape, hedge tips tidied, litter and storm debris gone. Timed visits, photos the same day, cancel anytime.

Groundskeeper Plus

$169/month

Two routed visits a month, 30 minutes each.

Touch — $29 on a mow day

On a Groundskeeper plan, you can add 15–20 extra minutes of tidy work to a mow that's already on your schedule. Request it from your account — it's a plan perk, not a separate visit.

What we do

  • Pick up litter and storm debris
  • Light hedge and shrub tip-trim, within your visit minutes
  • Pull and redistribute the mulch you already have
  • Blow off the surfaces we worked
  • One small bagged tote hauled away
  • Photos the same day, every visit

What this isn't

  • Mowing, edging or a full-yard blow (that's your lawn plan)
  • Hard cutbacks or reshaping overgrown shrubs
  • Ladder work above 8 feet, or anything in a tree
  • New beds, planting or sod
  • New mulch, plants or materials (quoted separately)
  • Extra dump runs beyond the one tote
  • Fertilizer, weed killer or any licensed applicator work
